Shift Supervisor / Team Leader (m/f/d) on the late shift
You’ll lead the production team on your shift — up to ten people who craft products from real moss for customers across Europe. You’ll keep a close eye on deadlines, quality and costs, whilst prioritising the professional development of your team.

Your responsibilities
- Technical management and development of the production team on your shift (up to a maximum of 10 people)
- Close cooperation with production management
- Ensuring that all orders are manufactured on time, to the required quality standards and within budget
- Continuous improvement in quality, productivity and costs
- Optimisation of manufacturing processes
Your qualifications
- You enjoy taking responsibility
- Good analytical and organisational skills
- Leadership skills, enthusiasm and strong communication skills
- A confident manner and experience in managing staff
