Digitalisation of the ERP system

Bergermann Floristik GmbH has comprehensively modernised its core business processes as part of a digitalisation project. The aim was to make processes in order management, production planning, stock control and accounts more efficient, transparent and scalable. To this end, existing manual processes were analysed, restructured and migrated to an integrated digital system landscape.

The focus was on the introduction of a modern ERP system with integration of external interfaces, as well as the development of a future-proof infrastructure. Through automated workflows, improved data availability and optimised processes, processing times were shortened, errors were reduced and the foundations for further growth were laid. In addition, staff received targeted training to ensure the new digital processes were firmly embedded within the company in the long term.

The project strengthens the company’s competitiveness in the long term and lays the foundations for further technological developments, for example in the areas of automation, data-driven planning and forward-looking corporate management.

MEP Heaven’s Breeze

With Heaven’s Breeze®, Bergermann Floristik GmbH has brought an innovative wall-mounted module designed to improve indoor air quality to market. The system combines treated moss with state-of-the-art humidification, air purification and sensor technology, thereby creating a natural, healthy and aesthetically pleasing indoor environment. The aim of the project was to prepare for series production, fine-tune the product’s technical specifications and successfully position it on the market.

Heaven’s Breeze® combines biological principles with digital control: the module regulates humidity, filters out pollutants and can be monitored and controlled via an app. This provides a sustainable solution for living spaces, offices, medical practices and other demanding indoor environments. The project focused in particular on the design for series production, optimising user-friendliness, further developing the design, and preparing for sales and market launch.

‘Scan The Room’ digitalisation app

Bergermann Floristik GmbH is developing ‘MOOSMOOS luxury living’, an innovative app for digital interior design featuring moss-based décor, furniture and other design products. The aim of the project is to scan rooms, automatically visualise interior design suggestions and digitally integrate the entire planning, ordering and production process. The result is a modern solution that offers customers a realistic preview of their interior design whilst significantly streamlining internal processes.

The focus is on combining intelligent room measurement, real-time visualisation and the automated transfer of order and production data. The project lays the foundations for an end-to-end digital process – from the initial idea through to the design and manufacture of bespoke products. In doing so, Bergermann Floristik GmbH is strengthening its innovative capacity, enhancing the customer experience and positioning itself as a modern provider of high-quality, bespoke interior design concepts.
