Put the sample back in the box, stick on the label, hand it in — done. Returning it costs you nothing more than the trip to the drop-off point.
No returns: Purchase
If the box is not returned, it becomes your property and you will be charged the current price of the box. We’d rather tell you this in advance than have it hidden in the small print.
The provisions — First in a way that makes sense, then word for word
The sample box is a Loan: It belongs to MOOSMOOS until it is returned — only the catalogue is a gift. You have 25 days from the date of receipt; the return label is already in the box. If anything breaks beyond normal signs of wear and tear, you will be charged for the damage. And if the box after 30 days If it is not back in stock, you will automatically be charged the current box price — you will then receive an invoice. There is one box per customer; for project samples involving multiple samples, please email musterbox@moosmoos.de.
- Sample box and return deadline: The customer will receive a sample box for viewing and inspection. This remains the property of the sender until it has been duly returned within 25 days of receipt of the sample box. The enclosed catalogue is excluded from the contents of the sample box; the customer may keep this permanently.
- Returns and return labels: The sample box must be properly packed and returned to the address specified by the sender within 25 days of receipt, using the enclosed return label.
- Liability for damage: If the returned sample box shows signs of damage beyond normal wear and tear, the customer shall be liable for such damage. The repair costs or the replacement value will be charged to the customer.
- Invoicing and transfer of ownership: If the sample box is not returned within 30 days, the customer will receive an invoice for the current price of the sample box. Upon expiry of the 30-day return period, ownership of the sample box automatically passes to the customer, and a contract of sale is formed.
- Conclusion of the contract: By accepting this provision, the customer agrees that, upon expiry of the return period, a contract of sale for the Sample box will be automatically concluded, provided that the Sample box is not returned in the correct manner.
The return period begins on the day the Sample box is received. Any damage caused by improper use will be charged separately. Only one sample box may be ordered; further samples are available on request by emailing musterbox@moosmoos.de. This agreement comes into force upon ordering the sample box and is binding.

How much does the Sample box cost?
It doesn’t matter, as long as you return it. There is no charge for the hire — simply return the box within 25 days using the label provided. Only if the box has not been returned after 30 days will you be charged the current price of the box and it will become your property.
How do I return the box?
Put the sample back in the box, stick on the enclosed return label and hand it in at the collection point. You do not need to pay for the postage yourself.
Can I keep the box as well?
Yes — if you intend to use the samples as a basis for your work, simply keep the box beyond the deadline; it will then be charged at the current box price. You may keep the catalogue in any case.
I need several samples for a project sample run — is that possible?
Yes. We send one box per customer; for architectural and project samples involving multiple or larger samples, please write to musterbox@moosmoos.de — we’ll put together everything your project needs.
Is the box also available for the façade?
Yes — please select the Greenovation option with samples of the façade system on the form. We also recommend that designers arrange a meeting to discuss tender documents and specification texts.
