ERP System Digitization

As part of a digitalization project, Bergermann Floristik GmbH has comprehensively modernized its core business processes. The objective was to make workflows in order management, production planning, warehouse management, and accounting more efficient, transparent, and scalable. To achieve this, existing manual processes were analyzed, restructured, and integrated into a unified digital system landscape.

The focus was on implementing a modern ERP system with external interface integration and establishing a future-proof infrastructure. Through automated workflows, improved data availability, and optimized process flows, processing times were reduced, errors minimized, and the foundation for further growth established. In addition, employees received targeted training to sustainably embed the new digital processes within the company.

The project sustainably strengthens the company’s competitiveness and creates the basis for further technological developments, such as in the areas of automation, data-based planning, and future-oriented corporate management.

MEP Heaven’s Breeze

With Heaven’s Breeze®, Bergermann Floristik GmbH has brought an innovative wall module for improving indoor air quality to market maturity. The system combines preserved moss with modern humidification, air purification, and sensor technology, creating a natural, healthy, and aesthetically pleasing indoor climate. The project’s goal was to prepare for series production, perform technical fine-tuning of the product, and achieve successful market positioning.

Heaven’s Breeze® combines biological principles with digital control: the module regulates humidity, filters pollutants, and can be monitored and controlled via an app. This creates a sustainable solution for living spaces, offices, medical practices, and other demanding interior areas. The project focused particularly on production-ready design, optimization of user-friendliness, further development of the design, and preparation for sales and market launch.

Digitization of the “Scan The Room” App

Bergermann Floristik GmbH is developing an innovative app for digital interior design with moss products, furniture, and other design elements under the brand “MoosMoos luxury living.” The project’s objective is to capture spaces via scan, automatically visualize furnishing proposals, and digitally connect the entire planning, ordering, and production process. This creates a modern solution that offers customers a realistic preview of their interior design while simultaneously making internal workflows significantly more efficient.

The focus is on combining intelligent room measurement, real-time visualization, and the automated transfer of order and production data. The project creates the foundation for a seamless digital process—from the initial idea and design to the manufacturing of customized products. In doing so, Bergermann Floristik GmbH strengthens its innovative power, improves the customer experience, and positions itself as a modern provider of high-quality, individual interior concepts.
