Your tasks:

• Technical management and further development of the production team on your shift (up to a maximum of 10 people)
• Close cooperation with the production management
• Ensuring that all orders for our customers are produced on time, to quality and within budget
• Continuous improvement of quality, productivity and costs
• Optimization of production processes

Your qualifications:

• You like to take on personal responsibility
• You have good analytical and organizational skills
• Leadership skills, enthusiasm, strong communication skills, confident demeanor, and experience in personnel management
