To strengthen our team, we are looking for dedicated and creative production employees (f/m/d) who enjoy working with moss and contribute their artistic vein. Appropriate professional training in this area would be helpful.

As a production worker, you will be responsible for the professional and aesthetic bonding of mosses to create visually appealing moss images. You have a keen sense of touch and bring a high level of creativity to transform a forest floor into a vibrant and unique moss picture.
Your tasks include the precise processing and arrangement of various mosses, the selection of suitable materials, and the careful implementation of design specifications according to the order. You work in a two-shift system with a weekly working time of 40 hours. Part-time is also possible.

Completed vocational training in a relevant field such as floristry, horticulture or artistic design is required to bring the necessary expertise and skills. Experience in moss design or comparable activities is an advantage.

Your qualifications:

• Completed vocational training in a relevant field such as floristry, horticulture or artistic design
• Experience and skill in precise cutting and arranging of mosses
• Creativity and flair in gluing mosses to create aesthetic moss pictures
• Good eye for detail and the ability to implement design specifications
• At least good knowledge of the German language (speaking and understanding)
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to work in a two-shift system
