ORDER FORM
- Sample box and return period: The customer receives a sample box for viewing and inspection. This remains the property of the sender until it is properly returned within the period of 25 days from receipt of the sample box. The enclosed catalog is excluded from the contents of the sample box and can be retained permanently by the customer.
- Return and return label: The sample box must be properly packaged and returned to the address specified by the sender using the enclosed return label within 25 days of receipt.
- Liability for damages: If the returned sample box shows damage that goes beyond normal wear and tear, the customer is liable for this damage. The repair costs or the replacement value will be invoiced to the customer.
- Invoicing and transfer of ownership: If the sample box is not returned within 30 days, the customer will receive an invoice for the current price of the sample box. Upon expiry of the 30-day return period, the sample box automatically becomes the property of the customer, and a purchase agreement is concluded.
- Conclusion of contract: By accepting this provision, the customer agrees that a purchase agreement for the sample box is automatically concluded upon expiry of the return period, provided that it is not properly returned.
Further provisions
- The return period begins on the day the sample box is received.
- Damage caused by improper use of the sample box will be charged separately.
- Only one sample box can be ordered. (further samples on request to musterbox@moosmoos.de )
This agreement comes into effect with the order of the sample box and is binding.

Since 1998, we have been leaders in dry floristry and have specialized in indoor and outdoor greening. Originally, our mosses were used in arrangements, bundles, and as Christmas decorations, but challenges quickly arose: The mosses dried out, lost their color, and disintegrated. To solve these problems, we began experimenting with preservation and dyeing and developed a unique Pressure Preservation Process Plus. This clearly distinguishes our moss walls, moss pictures, and moss carpets from the products of our competitors. Our first smaller moss pictures were created with a simple glue gun and a lot of creativity. Soon, small pictures became larger works of art, and we recognized the potential of moss as a versatile design element.
Why not cover entire moss walls, furniture, or panels with moss? Moss surfaces are not only visually appealing but also offer additional benefits for the indoor climate. Thus, a distinct area of interior design gradually emerged, and the MOOSMOOS Manufactory was born. Since 2017, we have grown continuously and now employ around 70 people in production, administration, and sales. With our locations in Germany and Spain, we serve customers worldwide and support interior architects, designers, indoor landscapers, and exhibition stand builders.
