You ensure that customer orders are technically and economically planned, elaborated in CAD and transferred to production and assembly on schedule. You are the interface between sales, production, assembly and external partners – with a clear view of quality, deadlines and costs.

Your tasks
• Technical review of orders for feasibility; advising sales on questions and problems
• Responsibility for the technical implementation of all orders including new developments based on seller requests
• Creation and review of assembly plans and technical drawings in AutoCAD; release after economic and technical review (including SAP releases for standard orders)
• Preparation and maintenance of parts lists, sawing orders and technical guidelines
• Coordination for new plants and changes (e.g. new components/materials) with relevant areas
• Supplier management: Ordering and monitoring of deliveries (including carpenters, advertising technicians, building materials, means of transport) in comparison with production and assembly dates
• Interface and project work: Deadline, quality and cost tracking; proactive problem solving and coordination with assembly and production

Your qualifications
•Good CAD skills (AutoCAD); knowledge of other CAD tools is an advantage
• Completed training as a carpenter, metalworker, technical draftsman, tool mechanic, wood technician, mechatronics technician, construction manager or in a comparable craft profession – and the desire to contribute your experience to technical work preparation
• Experience in the technical-economic order review and approvals (SAP knowledge is a plus)
• Structured, solution-oriented way of working, communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Routine in deadline, quality and cost control as well as in supplier coordination
