Your tasks

• Comprehensive management and strategic development of our online shop
• Management and monitoring of order processing, including interface management
• Conversion optimization along the customer journey
• Support with design adjustments in the shop (UX/UI optimization in coordination with the team)
• Planning, implementation, and optimization of email campaigns (e.g., with Mailchimp)
• Identification of trends in digital marketing and derivation of concrete measures
• Performance analysis of campaigns (open rates, CTR, conversion)
• Design of marketing materials for online media
• Contribution to the further development of our brand presence

Your qualifications

• professional experience in marketing, ideally with a focus on online marketing and/or e-commerce
• analytical and logical thinking skills
• Proficient use of common analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, Mailchimp)
• Basic knowledge of graphic design programs (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud)
• A keen sense for trends, design, and the digital customer journey
• a high level of initiative, a hands-on mentality, and a willingness to work as part of a team
