Your tasks

• Accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
• Invoice verification
• Monitoring and posting of accounts, incoming payments and cash
• Dunning run and collection
• Planning and execution of payment transactions at home and abroad
• Preparation of monthly closing entries as well as quarterly and annual financial statements
• Reconciliation and clarification of supplier, customer and general ledger accounts

Your qualifications

• You have completed commercial vocational training and already have professional experience in the field of accounting
• You have sound knowledge of SAP & DATEV
• Your MS Office skills are also application-proof
• You handle confidential information very sensitively and discreetly and are extremely discreet
• You have a high degree of commitment, loyalty and teamwork skills
• Your way of working is independent and goal-oriented
• You have strong communication skills and a confident and friendly manner
