WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US

As an E-Commerce & Online Marketing Manager, you will manage our online shop moosbild-shop.de, plan data-driven marketing campaigns, and ensure that our premium moss products gain the digital visibility they deserve. You combine analytical thinking with creative marketing and work closely with our web developer and Head of Marketing.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Independent management and further development of our online shop moosbild-shop.de (Shopware): product maintenance, product descriptions, category management, campaign planning
• Planning, creating, and sending newsletters via MailerLite or comparable newsletter tools – from concept to evaluation
• Managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns with the aim of reducing advertising costs and strengthening organic visibility
• Analysis and reporting with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console
• Creating SEO-optimized product texts and landing pages – in close coordination with the web developer
• Planning and implementing social media advertising (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Conversion optimization: A/B tests, analyzing user behavior, improving checkout processes
• Close collaboration with the sales team to link online and offline channels (HubSpot CRM)

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed vocational training or a degree in e-commerce, online marketing, business administration, media management, or similar
• At least 2 years of professional experience in e-commerce or online marketing
• Experience with shop systems – ideally Shopware; alternatively WooCommerce, Shopify, or similar
• Confident use of Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console
• Experience with email marketing tools (MailerLite, Mailchimp, CleverReach, or similar)
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive concrete actions from data
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
• Basic knowledge of image editing (Photoshop or similar) is an advantage
• A career change is also possible – provided you have sufficient professional experience and convince us with your initiative
