Your tasks:

• You work closely with our sales team as well as production management
• You control, process and monitor customer orders
• You are motivated to ensure the satisfaction of our customers on a daily basis and enjoy handling concerns of various kinds by phone and mail
• You accept complaints and process them afterwards

Your qualifications:

• You have completed commercial vocational training
• You could already gain some years of professional experience
• You have a sales and customer-oriented mindset
• Your strengths include teamwork and communication skills, as well as sales talent
• You bring a self-reliant, independent and forward-looking way of working with you
• You are proficient in the common MS-Office applications as well as SAP
