Your tasks:

• Answering customer inquiries by phone and in person
• Preparation of offers, orders, post calculation
• Processing of appointment requests, appointment management and coordination of the sales force
• Preparation of sales documents

Your qualifications:

• completed commercial vocational training
• Experience in order entry and customer service
• Very good IT skills (Microsoft Office; SAP)
• High level of self-motivation, team spirit and willingness to take responsibility
• Very good knowledge of German & English, written & spoken
• Social competence to build and maintain sustainable customer relationships
• economic thinking & acting
